Revive Wellbeing Retreats - Terms & Conditions
The retreat is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Terms of agreement
(a) By booking and attending a retreat with Revive Wellbeing Retreats, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
(b) The term ‘Revive Wellbeing Retreats’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner(s) of the company and it’s teachers. The term ‘you’ or 'I' refers to the student or guest or user or viewer of our website and/or services. The terms 'retreat' or 'program' or 'holiday' refers to all aspects of the services on offer, to include, but not be limited to, the classes, accommodation and activities.
2. Booking procedure
(a) On making a booking with us, each person accepts the terms of these booking conditions.
(b) On submitting your booking, we will contact you to accept your booking and issue a request for payment of the non refundable deposit with payment instructions. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received. A request for the remaining balance will be issued 8 weeks before the retreat start date, and will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date. If the balance price of your retreat is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your retreat and retain your deposit.
(c) If making your booking within 8 weeks from the retreat start date, the full balance will be due.
(d) Subject to clause 2(e), all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposit, remaining and full payments.
e) A refund will only be issued if the retreat is fully booked and someone else can fill your space. A refund in this case is minus a cancellation charge of £50. Any monies owed in this case will be paid to you one month after the retreat end date.
(f) We reserve the right to increase the price of the retreat before you submit your booking. Any change in price will be advertised to you before you book the retreat.
(g) We reserve the right to reduce the price of the retreat or run special offers at any time. Once you have made your booking and paid your deposit these price changes will not apply to you.
Cancellation Policy
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Revive Wellbeing Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Revive Wellbeing Retreats.
“We” refers to Revive Wellbeing Retreats.
I no longer wish to attend; what are my options?
If you cancel your trip, Revive Wellbeing Retreats does not offer a full refund. Any monies owed to you will be refunded, depending on the time of cancelling, minus the non refundable deposit. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat, which can be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:
* If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
* If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
* If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
* If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
If Revive Wellbeing Retreats must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, minus the deposit, which is transferable to another date.
What happens if not enough guests attend the Retreat?
Usually Revive Retreats are fully booked so we don't normally have this issue, but due to the current climate, we are seeing a decrease in bookings over the last few years. Our regular booking terms are that we will confirm, postpone or cancel a Retreat 8 weeks prior to the Retreat date, when the final payments are due. We will not collect any more payments after this date if you are on a payment plan.
Weather Conditions.
We book our Retreats in and around Wales. We pray for dry weather each time, but obviously have no control over this.
All workshops & outdoor activities will continue as long as it is safe to do so. If we feel the weather isn't safe to do a workshop, we will do out utmost to proceed in a dry safe space.
Cold water dips & any other outdoor activity will continue, weather permitting.
We do advise bringing suitable clothing to suit weather on time of Retreat
