Our retreats, set amongst the rolling Welsh hills of Abergavenny and the sun-drenched serenity of Ibiza, are lovingly designed to help you find balance, clarity, and deep rest. Each retreat offers a nurturing blend of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and holistic therapies, supporting your mind, body, and soul to realign and heal.

From sound healing and chakra balancing to reiki, mindfulness, and manifestation workshops, every experience is guided by a team of expert practitioners who are here to help you soften, reset, and return home to yourself.

No two retreats are ever the same, each is thoughtfully curated with intention allowing you to receive exactly what you need at this moment in your journey. Coming soon, we plan to welcome men and families, and can also create bespoke retreats for private groups seeking something truly personal and restorative.
