The Story of Revive and why i’m so passionate about it.
I create transformative experiences for women seeking rest, renewal, and reconnection. Set amongst the serene landscapes of Abergavenny, Wales, and the sun-drenched shores of Ibiza, each retreat is designed as a sanctuary for self-care, healing, and personal growth.
I absolutely love seeing women arrive often tired, unsure, or carrying the weight of everyday life, and in just a short space of time, watching their faces soften, their energy shift, and their clarity unfold. Seeing women reconnect with who they truly are and how they want to show up in life is the greatest reward.
The atmosphere at Revive is relaxed and fluid. There’s no strict timetable or pressure to do it all. Instead, the schedule flows naturally, adapting to the energy and needs of the group. Every retreat is guided by intuition, balance, and the beauty of slowing down.
Revive is also a true family journey. My partner Simon and our two daughters, are a huge part of everything I do, from helping behind the scenes to inspiring me every single day. Their love, energy, and creativity bring so much heart and authenticity to Revive. It’s more than a business, it’s our way of life.
My Mission
I believe deeply in the power of holistic wellbeing. Nurturing the Mind, Body, and Soul through experiences that restore balance and inspire transformation.
My mission is to offer women a safe, supportive spaces to unwind, reflect, and return to their daily lives feeling empowered, connected, and deeply nourished.
I choose different modalities that I am deeply passionate about, that have guided and supported my own personal journey, such as, Yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions to calm the mind and reconnect with the body. Each retreat is carefully created to compliment the journey of each guest.
We include many other practices and workshops such as sound healing, journaling, and heart-led workshops for self-discovery and emotional release. Scenic hikes, beach walks, and outdoor experiences that help you feel grounded and free.
Each retreat has an onsite chef creating Wholesome, delicious meals that nurture from the inside out.
A warm, supportive space to share stories, laughter, and genuine sisterhood.

Hey, I’m Lisa founder of Revive Wellbeing Retreats. I help women slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their spark.
My approach is soulful, nurturing, and a little bit fun, because growth feels better with laughter, barefoot walks, and heart-to-heart chats under the stars. My passion is witnessing women step into their best selves and making long lasting friendships along the way.
I create welcoming spaces for women to gather and relax and be their true authentic selves. I will be your biggest cheerleader along your spiritual path.

Reiki Master
Fiona is a Reiki Master Practitioner and intuitive healer that has been practicing in the well-being world for over 6 years. She delivers the most unique reiki sessions leaving you feeling like you are floating and discovering deep emotions
Mum to Gabriel and Freya, she is based in The Vale of Glamorgan doing treatments and on Revive Retreats guiding beautiful souls in their awakening journey.
Fiona is passionate about people, fun and laughter and living in high vibrations.

Hollie Sky
Yoga, Massage & Breath & Bass Dj
As the owner of Sky Spa Wellness Centre, Hollie’s mission is to create transformative healing experiences through holistic therapies, collaboration, and community. With over 20 years in the health and wellness industry, her journey began after experiencing burnout in her twenties—an awakening that led her to a path of deep healing and self-discovery.
A massage therapist, personal trainer, yoga instructor, retreat & festival host, intuitive guide, and DJ, blending movement, music, and holistic therapies to empower others to prioritise their well-being, build strength, and reconnect with themselves.
Passionate about natural healing for the mind, body, and soul, she is here to inspire, uplift, and help others create a life of balance, vitality, and self-belief.
Ashley
Yoga & Sound Healer
Ashley has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching in The Vale of Glamorgan since 2010. Initially drawn to the dynamic Ashtanga practice, she explored various styles before embracing yoga’s deeper, healing qualities.
Trained under Colin Dunsmuir and certified by The British Wheel of Yoga & KHYF, Ashley’s approach blends dynamic vinyasa with tailored movement, ensuring accessibility for all abilities.
With a background in science and a passion for energy, frequency, and vibration, Ashley has now expanded her work to Sound Healing, offering both group and one-to-one sessions for deep relaxation and transformation.
Vicky
Chef
Vicky a Nutritional Therapist and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach passionate about natural healing and holistic wellbeing. Her own health struggles in 2015 led her to study nutritional medicine, blending science with her love of cooking to create nourishing, healing recipes. This journey took her to an Ashram kitchen, where she catered for retreats, crafting meals that support both body and soul.
Her deep love for Ayurveda helps others reconnect with their unique nature, recognize early signs of imbalance, and restore harmony through food, movement, and breath. Vicky follows the SOUL food philosophy—Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed, and Local—bringing balance and nourishment to every meal.
Beyond nutrition, she is passionate about yoga, meditation, and breathwork, believing that retreats provide the perfect space for deep healing and self-discovery.
